How to reach us

Email and the enquiry form reach the same inbox. We reply in island time, which is GMT+7, so a message sent late in the evening in Europe usually arrives here in the early morning.

What to put in a first message

  1. Which experience - the food tour (and morning or night), Roll & Brew, or Pass It On Kitchen. Or what you are after, if you are not sure.
  2. The date or dates you are on the island.
  3. How many of you, with the ages of any children.
  4. Where you are staying, and any diet or allergy we should know about.

With those four we can confirm a date in one reply rather than three. If you plan to ride your own scooter, add which licence you hold.

It asks the same questions and goes to the same inbox.

Before you pay anything

Check before transferring money

We only ask for payment after confirming your date, through a card payment link or to the account named on your confirmation. We never change the account at short notice by email or chat. If something looks different, stop and contact us first using the details on this page.

We never ask for passport copies or card numbers by email, and no experience on this site needs either.

Questions we are happy to answer

  • Which session suits your group, including children and older travellers.
  • Whether your International Driving Permit is valid for self-ride.
  • Whether a class can work with an allergy.
  • Where to find a particular dish on the island, even if you are not booking.

If it is about food on Phu Quoc, ask. If we do not know, we will say so.

If you are already on the island

Write from wherever you are with the name of your hotel and the session you want. Short notice is sometimes possible, but every session depends on a guide or teacher being free, so we check with the team that runs it before saying yes. The earlier you ask, the more sessions there are to choose from.

For the food tour, a hotel in Duong Dong means pick-up is included; anywhere else, we tell you the supplement in the same reply. For the two classes, the confirmation includes where the class kitchen is and how long it takes to get there from your area, so you can book a car or ask us to add a transfer. If your plans change on the day, reply to your confirmation as early as you can, so the guide or teacher hears about it before they set out.

Common questions

Questions travellers ask most

Do you have a phone line?

Email and the enquiry form are the way to reach us before booking. Once you have booked, the guide or teacher contacts you on the number you give us.

Can I visit an office?

We do not run a walk-in office. Everything is arranged by message, and the experiences start at your hotel or at the class kitchen.

How do I check my driving permit before choosing self-ride?

Look for the convention printed on the permit. It must be the 1968 Vienna Convention, carried with your home licence showing a motorbike category.

If it says 1949 Geneva, book pillion instead.

Dates, party size and the places you care about are enough to start. You get a draft route and an indicative price, not a brochure.
